Introduction

Your privacy and security are important to YourSchoolMate and its parent company - Business IT Labs. Because YourSchoolMate (YSM) gathers certain types of information about its users, YSM feels you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information YSM gathers and how it is used. This policy applies to all users of all of the YSM products including, but not limited to, FundMate, CommunityMate and WebsiteMate. This can include registered users, visitors and vistors that make a donation or payment using FundMate. Questions regarding this statement should be directed to YSM via the contact us page.

YSM may amend this policy at any time by posting an updated version to the website. Under no circumstances, however, would YSM change the privacy policy in a way that would permit distribution of your personal information to third persons without your approval.

Registration and User Provided Content
If you register to use one of the YSM products, certain information about your organization and you (email, phone, name, address, etc.) will be required. In some cases, credit card billing information is also collected for payment but not retained permanently. The information YSM collects is used to improve the content of the products and the quality of our service and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes. Your contact information may also be used to contact you when necessary for customer service reasons. Financial information that is collected is used only to bill you for products and services that you specifically request or to process FundMate contributions like donations and fee payments.
