FundMate is a
web application designed and developed to help with the donation
and or fee collection of K-12 student communities. You can collect
your funds from practically anywhere in the United States. FundMate
is newly released and undergoing beta testing.
What is CommunityMate?
Is it ready for use?
CommunityMate was conceived to help with group activities by facilitating better communication and
coordination. Messaging is an important feature
of this product. With CommunityMate you
can share messages, create forums, blogs, store files, post ideas,
replies, comments, conduct surveys/polls, upload photos and
videos.
CommunityMate is a simple tool for sharing information
between different kinds of users- teachers, students, organization
members, non-profits, volunteers, co-workers, customers, vendors. It
is best suited for small organizations, where members meet
face-to-face less frequently. Seamlessly integrates with your existing email account. CommunityMate is newly released and undergoing beta testing.
Why is part of
YourSchoolMate free?
YourSchoolMate is privately owned, self-funded, developed,
managed and hosted by software professionals. We have built our
software mostly with our core team and volunteers. We have been
able to cover the additional development cost through our
savings. We want our customers to access and benefit from our
services and make money on the way to fund further growth.
What is free and what is not? What are the surcharges
involved? Are there any hidden costs?
At YourSchoolMate setting up a online fundraiser and webpage is free with no upfront or hidden fees. There is a fee only when an credit card payment is made. There will be a minimal surcharge charged to either the donor or
payor. For each payment, a 50 cent + 5% surcharge will be applied with a $1.00 minimum. Donations and payments can range from $2 to $1,000. With donations, the surcharge is paid by the organization so the benefactor only pays their donation amount. With fees, the surcharge is payed by the payor so the organization receives the full amount. For more information on surcharges visit pricing.
How does the organization receive the amount?
YourSchoolMate.com consolidates the net amount of all user payments to the customer organization and sends a single check every month to the organization. Organization users can view private up-to-date online reports of the money collected 24/7 using the easy to use Fund Report screen.
What about Contracts and Legal Bindings?
At YourSchoolMate registration is free
and you are not required to enter into any contract. You can
withdraw your membership at any point of time by
contacting us. There are no
contracts, no legal bindings and no obligations. For more

What about Privacy Security and Confidentiality?
YourSchoolMate is dedicated towards protecting the identity and
information of its customers. We will not under any circumstances

Do we have to download and or install software to use
FundMate?
FundMate is a web application and accessible 24/7 from any
computer. There is no need to download or install any software.
All that you need is an internet connection and web browser (IE 5.5+ or
FireFox).
Can I install FundMate and or CommunityMate in my computer or server?
No, both FundMate and CommunityMate are web based and you cannot install them in your
computer.
Neither are they
on
sale to run on your servers.
